Payment and security

Is the information I provide Booni kept secure?

Booni recognises that your privacy is important to you and we are committed to maintaining and using your information responsibly. Our privacy policy is available here and describes the information we collect and how we use it.

Is our site secure?

Yes! We have made sure that your transactions are secure. We use Stripe as our payment gateway methods. The information that’s provided during checkout is encrypted and your billing information is held by Stripe. If you have any questions please send us an email at [email protected]

What payment methods do you accept?

We use Stripe and Paypal which accept all major credit cards including American Express.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Sure why not? This isn’t a phone contract, so feel free to cancel anytime.

You should be able to cancel straight from the dashboard, or you can just email in.

We won’t charge you and we’ll send you an email confirming the cancellation.

What if I don’t like one of the products?

Firstly, sorry to hear that! We work with artisans, innovative and passionate brands, food designers and communities that adore the products. We understand this isn’t always for everyone. So if this is the case, please email in and we’ll come to a solution. All feedback welcomed!


How can I personalise my box?

Please email in before you place an order. Let us know your requirements so we can adjust a few things our end. We will send you a catalogue of our products and you can choose which products you like, and accordingly we’ll send you a quote. Simple as A Boo Ni.

Can I send my order as a gift?

Yup, you can. If the delivery address is different, please add it in. If you realise that you’ve placed the order and would like to change the address, please let us know as soon as you notice and we’ll look into it and change it.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free for within the UK, excluding the Highlands.

International deliveries are subject to location, you can use our shipping guide just before you check out to calculate this.

When will I receive my box?

We send our Booni Boxes using DHL, DPD and Royal Mail. We process your boxes the same day or night it’s purchased and book it in for collection the next working day. You should receive your box and notification via email with your tracking number. If you’re having trouble, please contact [email protected] and someone will get back to you within an hour.

Do you ship outside the UK?

It wouldn’t be our first time. If you do have this requirement, please email in, specifying what box, please also provide any other information, such as location, dates and times that would be helpful in getting you a quote over. We’ll aim to get back to you within 1 working day.

Can the parcel be left with a neighbour?

If that’s what works, then why not? Please just put this information in the ‘Comments’ box when checking out.

What if I or the recipient isn't in?

It’s absolutely fine. We’ll re-arrange a delivery for you at no extra cost of course.

What's Booni?

What is a social enterprise?

A business that challenges social problems using its profits as a source of financing resources that combat these challenges. Alternatively, a bi-product from the business has a positive turn on an issue that affects many stakeholders in society.

What does Booni do?

We choose a project that we’ve been involved in before. We find partners, build relationships with other stakeholders and work together to alleviate social challenges in developing parts of the world.

We don’t give money to charity, instead we create sustainable projects with specialists in the field and we spend most of our time ensuring the success of it.

How can I get involved?
